Advise how to use and maintain your Hood stand
- It is recommended to grease the threads on legs when assembling the bench for the first time and should be lubricated regularly.
- Caution is advised when lifting the Hood stand, weight 19,5 kg.
- The center bed bolts, pivot locks, and leg knobs should NOT be over-tightened.
- It is recommended to use 1/8 size lashing strap when attaching panels to the Hood stand, use pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the swing arms for best results.
- Please do not use extra swivel knobs, leg knobs, handle or latches to tie panels down.
- It is recommended to use a leg strap when repairing heavy panels, just wrap the strap click around all 4 legs and adjust.
- The Hood stand is loadable up to 70kg and is also not designed for standing or sitting.
- The Hood stand height must not exceed 1.22 meters.
- Caution is advised when moving the Hood stand on an uneven surface.
- Wheel maintenance, check wheel bolt regularly for tightness, can come loose with overuse, it is located under wheel locks. Bearings also need to be lubricated regularly.
