Collision repair with glue pull repair (GPR)
Glue pull repair is preparing the damaged car for painting.
With this technique the metal is pushed or pulled to its original state. P2P enables technicians to rapidly reduce areas of damage using push and twist bar techniques in combination with glue pulling.
The advantages for the repair shop are money, time and material (body filler and paint) saving for preparing each individual part for painting. Doing so produces a better standard of repair and can speed up the cycle time your vehicle is tied up for in a shop.
Most of the damage is repairable using P2P, leaving none or only a couple of minor areas for the body shop to repair. This is less invasive than, for example, coating the entire roof with body filler or replacing the roof panel completely.
