he RDI36 Rod is a 36-inch (91.4 cm) long, 1/2-inch (12.7 mm) diameter double-bend tool designed for precise and efficient dent repair. It is compatible with all of our interchangeable tips and comes with the R4 tip as a standard, offering instant versatility.
Equipped with a perpendicular pipe handle, the rod is threaded to support one or two handle extensions, increasing leverage and control. The bend length measures 4 inches (10.16 cm) with a tip, and the combined angle is 80 degrees, providing smooth maneuverability for repairs in tight spaces.
For optimal results, use E1, E2, and E3 Extension Tips to position your selected tip closer to the dent while leveraging off a front tire on fenders. This setup improves access and prevents your hand from touching the tire during repairs, allowing for more comfortable and efficient work.
