The RDI30 Rod is a 30-inch (76.2 cm) long, 1/2-inch (12.7 mm) diameter double-bend tool designed for precision dent repair. It is compatible with all our interchangeable tips and comes standard with an R4 tip for versatile use right out of the box.
Featuring a perpendicular pipe handle, this rod is threaded to allow the addition of one or two handle extensions, enhancing both leverage and control. The bend length measures 4 inches (10.16 cm) with a tip, and the combined angle is 80 degrees, ensuring smooth maneuverability in tight spaces.
For optimal performance, use E1, E2, and E3 Extension Tips to position your preferred tip closer to the dent while leveraging off a front tire on fenders. This technique improves reach and prevents hand contact with the tire during repairs, allowing for more efficient and comfortable work.
